Week 2: Breathing Techniques

  • The role of breath in yoga practice and its impact on the nervous system
  • Introduction to pranayama (breathing) techniques for energizing, calming, and balancing the body and mind
  • Guided meditation and relaxation exercises to deepen awareness of the breath and cultivate mindfulness

Week 3: Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

  • Developing flexibility and mobility through seated and reclined poses, forward folds, and twists

Course Requirements:
